Enrique Meiggs Station

Railway station that was part of the Santiago-Valparaíso line of the State Railway Company.

In 1916, the station had a branch line that extended into one of the slopes of Cerro Las Chilcas.

On September 14, 1963, as part of the celebrations for the centenary of the Valparaíso to Santiago Railway, Las Chilcas station was renamed in honor of engineer Enrique Meiggs.
