Return
The total value of the rental days is calculated from the departure until the return of the equipment to our offices.
Failure to return the accessories provided with the main equipment will result in a charge for them, at the value indicated in the dispatch guide, if they are not returned to Geocom Renta S.A. at the end of the rental period.
Equipment returned with damage will undergo an evaluation process in technical service, and a repair charge will be applied.
Trimble and Bentley Software
Delivery time
2 to 5 business days, depending on the brand. The factory manages license activation according to their list of requirements if the license is not in stock.
Manufacturer's Warranty
1 year for Trimble software. Bentley products purchased without a Select plan do not include a warranty.

We are the only company in Chile certified by Trimble, Spectra Precision and Nikon as a “SERVICE PROVIDER Level 3”, which allows for the maintenance, repair and calibration of their equipment and systems. Our technicians have been trained abroad and at GEOCOM by professionals from the various factories. This allows them to service the equipment while maintaining the factory warranty. All of this translates into a highly skilled technical service and professional support of the highest quality, a characteristic that distinguishes us nationwide.
Additionally, we offer technical service for PENTAX and GEOLINE surveying instruments.
Delivery time
We have 16 business hours to provide a quote and diagnose equipment. 16 business hours are required to verify a status and prepare a quote.
- Preventive maintenance has a delivery time of 40 business hours.
- Preventive adjustments have a delivery time of 24 business hours.
- Calibration certificates have a delivery time of 16 business hours.
The deadlines begin once the purchase order or transaction is received from the client.
