MicaSense RedEdge-MX is a powerful multispectral camera that captures 5 spectral bands. It allows for the generation of vegetation indices, phenotype and genotype analysis of various species in a single flight, as well as the acquisition of terrain models that provide the necessary information for studying slopes and water runoff. The following video shows the processing workflow in Agisoft Metashape, from data import to obtaining a vegetation index.
