Dear Customers,
 
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to inform our customers about the measures we have adopted to provide the best possible service, while ensuring the well-being of our employees and customers.
GEOCOM has adopted the necessary measures to implement the health recommendations from the Ministry of Health and the WHO, which are:
  • Quarantine isolation for those who have been in direct contact with COVID-19 or have recently returned from an international trip.
  • Social distancing through shifts in our facilities and teleworking for all possible staff.
  • In case of suspected infection, the person must undergo preventive quarantine and monitor for COVID-19 symptoms to receive timely treatment.
Our company's facilities are complying with all the conditions recommended by the health authority to adequately protect the health of our customers and employees.

    We are doing everything possible to provide the best service to our customers under these conditions, both in our offices and through all our digital channels.

    We all hope that this situation will be resolved as soon as possible so that we can continue to serve our customers as we always have.
