ExynPak

ExynPak is a high-precision mapping system, based on SLAM technology developed by Exyn Technologies. This system is presented as a highly accurate solution for topographic representation, capable of generating 3D maps in real time.

Among its main attributes are its robustness, design, and portability, which together offer great versatility, allowing it to tackle various scenarios. With its wide variety of accessories, it allows capturing while the user walks through the study area or being easily installed in a vehicle as an entry-level Mobile Mapping system working in conjunction with the system's tablet.

 

 

    Advanced SLAM Algorithm

    ExynPak provides real-time solutions and three-dimensional point cloud reconstructions, which are based on SLAM algorithms and are powered by advanced Exyn AI software, also used to automate robot navigation in real time. This solution provides accuracy and robustness in complex scenarios such as underground work, stockpile measurement, shafts, inspection, and infrastructure.

     

     

    Capture Modes

    Thanks to its design, ExynPak offers remarkable versatility in terms of configuration during captures.

    The system allows capture with real-time visualization, maintaining a constant wireless connection between the equipment and the system's tablet, where the path followed by the mobile in real time will be displayed, along with the processed point cloud and RGB data captured by the system's cameras. This captured information is stored in ExynPak's memory, to be downloaded and processed directly on the tablet using the Exyn Processing program.

    Additionally, surveys can be carried out without the use of the tablet. This process is performed through the interface located on the equipment body, allowing for the automation of the capture process. Using this interface, we can initiate and finalize the capture process, and also verify the correct functioning of the equipment at all times. This capture option offers significant advantages in terms of safety during movement, as it frees the user from having to carry the tablet, leaving at least one hand free. Once the capture process is complete, the system's tablet is connected to download and process the data using the Exyn Processing program.

    These capture methods together present a very versatile system adaptable to different scenarios.

     

     

    Multiplatform

    The industrial design of ExynPak stands out for its compact and versatile body, capable of adapting to various installation conditions to address the different capture scenarios present in the industry. Equipped with a wide range of accessories, this system offers flexibility in surveys, whether walking with the equipment using its ergonomic handle or securely installing it in a backpack designed for better deployment in the field, which also serves to safely store the system during transport. This accessory provides significant benefits in terms of safety by freeing up hands for smoother and safer movement.

    ExynPak can become an initial Mobile Mapping system, thanks to the suction cup mount that allows its installation in vehicles. This makes it possible to carry out surveys while traveling through the capture area in a vehicle, all supported by the continuous support of the system's rugged tablet, which offers a high level of visualization and control of the point cloud in real time.

    ExynPak is also a powerful tool for capturing information in underground workings and confined spaces. To address these complex scenarios, such as shafts, ExynPak has a specialized accessory that allows the equipment to be securely mounted to descend the shaft using a pulley while capturing information from the study area.
