The use of modern reference systems in the geospatial industry is a widely accepted standard by the community. In particular, through the use of GNSS, various engineering or other projects are developed, as is the georeferencing process of geomatic products.

Technically, the use of modern reference systems associates positioning with geocentric references, which often need to be made compatible with local topocentric systems. In this sense, we present a workflow to transform point clouds in (.LAS) format from photogrammetric or LiDAR flights to local reference systems using Trimble Business Center.
