In this new RIEGL tip, called Multi-Alignment Module 2.0, we will review the main features of this tool, whose main objective is to accurately and robustly register a set of scans taken at different positions, regardless of the work context where the capture is made: Surface in the case of open pit mines or in the case of confined areas or underground mines.

For this way of interpreting the point cloud, RIEGL presents an arrangement called VOXEL, generating a homogeneous interpretation of the scan area, optimally and at a higher rate than previously known. This point cloud management feature is exclusive to RIEGL.
