TRW Tip No. 25 | Pipe Modeling

TRW's new modeling tool offers an assisted workflow for pipe creation, increasing productivity in 3D modeling.


This tool, available in the TRW PERFORMANCE module, allows pipe modeling without the need to segment or clean the work area. The adjustment is made simply by selecting two points on the pipe, and the software adjusts a cylinder according to the direction and radius of the point cloud. This applies to straight sections, and the creation of elbows, reductions, and "T" intersections.
