is a Geodetic Engineer. He is currently the President of the Latin American Association of Volcanic Geodesy. He has extensive experience in processing GNSS data for scientific purposes, which he has used in his work at the National Volcanic Surveillance Network of SERNAGEOMIN. He also works as a lecturer in the field of Geomatics.
