[SANTIAGO] 2ND GEOCOM WORKSHOP | Towards a New Kinematic Reference Framework

NEW DATE! Sign up and enter to win invitations to attend the event.

The emergence of the concept of reference epoch in basic tasks of applied geodesy in engineering has presented a new way of working. For this, it is necessary to understand concepts associated with the change in coordinates that points on the Earth's crust undergo due to geodynamic activity, which changes the way geospatial professionals have worked with geodetic references.

On the other hand, Trimble has made significant efforts to provide technological solutions that can consider the effect of coordinate dynamics. Trimble RTX is a great example, along with the geodetic library that accompanies this solution, producing coordinates that are easily integrated into SIRGAS-Chile and different modern reference frameworks.
