Thanks to its 200 Hz sampling rate, the MagDrone R3 can be directly attached to a drone's landing gear, even at the closest distance to the motors. Compared to others, the MagDrone R3 can distinguish between motor noise, net frequencies, temporary interference, and the ground signal. Depending on the drone's capabilities in terms of maneuverability and GPS precision, the MagDrone R3 kit can be used for surveys for various purposes, science-related magnetic mapping, hidden mineral exploration surveys, as well as security-related operations. These can include scanning areas for bombs and unexploded ordnance, as well as preventive surveillance of designated areas.

SENSYS MagDrone R3 is an ultra-portable and lightweight Magnetometer specially designed to be easily mounted on any type of UAV or drone. The kit consists of an ultralight sensor tube with two built-in 3-axis Fluxgates with 150 pT resolution, a data logger with internal SD card, rechargeable batteries, and an integrated GPS.
