› The NimbleTrack 3D scanner and tracker are equipped with advanced, state-of-the-art modules, providing fast and smooth scanning experiences. Unlike common handheld 3D scanners, NimbleTrack does not require an additional power source or the placement of reflective markers, which simplifies the measurement processes.
Wireless Laser Scanning System
› NimbleTrack has completely eliminated the need for cables to power the instrument or transfer data. Field captures will not be a problem, even when there is no power supply. The 3D scanner system has a powerful built-in battery, and the optical tracker incorporates rechargeable batteries to offer a dual power cycle, ensuring continuous operations for a long time.
Industrial Grade Accuracy
› NimbleTrack allows users to capture 3D data with a high level of representativeness and industrial-grade accuracy of up to 0.025mm. In addition, volumetric accuracy of 0.064mm up to 3.2 meters. This is possible thanks to the potential of Scantech metrology products, which include blue laser technology, a high capture speed of 4.9 million measurements per second, and advanced data capture and processing algorithms.
Compact and Ergonomic
› NimbleTrack sets a new standard for optical 3D scanning systems. Its compact and lightweight design allows for precise measurement of components in various conditions. The iTracker optical system, weighing 2.2 kg and with dimensions of 57 cm, enables tracking of the laser sensor in a range of up to 3.2 m. On the other hand, the 3D scanner module, weighing 1.3 kg and with a carbon fiber structure, offers exceptional ease of operation and the ability to capture in tight spaces thanks to its compact design and a short distance between cameras.
