SMART 3D TRACKING WITHOUT MARKERS

The new TrackScan-P series is designed with smart optical tracking and high-resolution cameras, allowing it to measure components with high precision without the need for markers, which offers significant benefits in terms of reduced capture times and labor costs.

TrackScan-P features multiple capture modes, allowing it to adapt to complex components and different scanning conditions. These 3D capture systems boast a high level of accuracy of 0.020mm, in addition to a high capture rate of over 2,200,000 measurements per second, making it perfectly suited for measuring medium and large-sized parts without the need for markers. By combining it with optional modules, such as the auxiliary light module, it greatly improves the inspection of geometries or edges present in the component, such as holes or grooves. Additionally, when combined with a CMM probe, we can obtain more precise contact measurements. Furthermore, its design allows for work with a robotic arm for automated 3D scanning.

This new TrackScan-P series is primarily focused on quality control applications, product development, and reverse engineering.
