KSCAN-X is an intelligent, completely wireless 3D scanner optimized for capturing large surfaces with precision. Equipped with an ultra-wide scanning area, greater depth of field, and high capture speed.

› KSCAN-X features an ultra-wide scanning area of up to 2.6m × 1.8m, transforming it into a powerful solution for scanning large components. Its ultra-wide depth of field from 0.3 to 2.5m ensures precise measurements on all types of components with an extremely high level of accuracy. Equipped with 84 blue laser crosses and innovative four-cross blue laser technology, it allows for highly efficient capture of extensive areas with greater capture efficiency.
Wireless Connectivity and Mobility
› The KSCAN-X incorporates technology developed by Scantech that allows it to operate completely wirelessly, providing true freedom to perform captures in multiple scenarios. Its Dual WNIC technology ensures completely wireless communication with stable and high-speed data transfer, while its dual battery system ensures operation without electrical power, providing maximum mobility and operational flexibility.

› KSCAN-X offers exceptional accuracy of up to 0.075 mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.075 mm + 0.010 mm/m, ensuring high-quality results in every measurement. Its adaptive photogrammetry system eliminates cumulative errors and ensures consistent volumetric accuracy, allowing for high-precision results even on large-scale parts and complex components.
Application Versatility
› Completely designed to adapt to various capture scenarios, KSCAN-X features multiple specialized scanning modes that allow it to capture components of different sizes with high precision. Its medium scanning mode uses 27 blue laser crosses to capture parts from 0.5m to 2m with a high level of accuracy of 0.030mm, ensuring quality data on components with complex curves on medium to large-sized parts.
Technical Adaptability
› Thanks to its versatile design with a shorter baseline, KSCAN-X allows for the measurement of perforations and hard-to-reach areas on components using its single blue laser line scanning mode. This feature provides complete and accurate data collection even in hard-to-reach areas, adapting from large components to medium-sized parts with the same level of precision and quality in capturing complex curves.
