Introduction

Efficient and precise GNSS surveys are possible thanks to Trimble's DA2, an innovative development that uses the RTX absolute positioning service in different scenarios, with reliable and accurate results. Trimble's DA2 is compatible with the full power of Trimble Access software, which allows for the automation of field procedures such as surveys, stakeouts of geometric entities, and calculations of areas or subdivision of properties. In turn, integration with Trimble Business Center and its automated drawing modules provides high-quality final products in just a few steps.

 

Experience

In this video, we present a real experience where DA2 was used to verify the dimensions of a property. DA2 worked in complex scenarios (Photograph 1) always providing reliable and precise results. Using Trimble Access, it was possible to determine the area of the land in-situ, subdivide it, and stake out the new plots. Finally, Trimble Business Center was used to generate topographic products representing the work performed.
